The book is about censorship in the culture sector in Russia. The narrative is based on the events since September till December 2018. During this time, dozens of concerts by certain music groups in the whole territory of Russia were banned and canceled. The musicians and their managers were arrested by the police and taken to the police station. The book describes only the one example of political censorship, covering a period of three months and three musical performers.

In fact, musicians, artists, and ordinary citizens of Russia daily face violations of their civil rights and freedoms, which are still enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Being voiceless is everything that remains for a person if he doesn't want to face problems in life that can drastically change his life. Russia that is shown in the mass media is only the result of censorship.
